Customer Satisfaction Index Survey - Result

We would like to thank all the respondents for their most valuable contribution in completing our Customer Satisfaction Index survey! The aim with the survey is to continuously improve our service and make sure that we meet your expectations. Here is a short summary of our findings:
  • Overall - the company, its personnel and products are very well regarded. 86% of the respondents would recommend Smarteq as a supplier.
  • Product quality and delivery precision/reliability are regarded as more important than short delivery times and a wide/full product range.
  • Internet is regarded as a very important information channel along side personal contact via phone calls and/or mail correspondence. Most respondents had seen the web site. Customers look for product and technical info/specs on the web site.

As a token of thanks for every completed survey Smarteq will give a contribution of 5 EUR to the well known charity Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF).
