Our QEMS is on a regular basis audited by Den Norske Veritas Certification AB (DNV). Our QEMS conforms to the requirements in the Standards ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001. The QEMS is implemented throughout the organization and is available to all personnel on the company network. Smarteq's management group has the overall responsibility for quality and environmental Supplier QualityWe take great care and put a lot of effort in selecting the best quality suppliers, who can live up to our high quality standards. Smarteq require all approved suppliers to be certified according to ISO 9001 or ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001. Customer SupportISO/TS 16949 is a requirement in the automotive industry. Furthermore, all car manufactures have their own individual quality prerequisite. Smarteq works hard to ensure that all these requirements are met.
